MemberPlus Program Terms

1. Member becomes a customer once a contract is signed with CommPartners.
2. Member must sign a contract for at least one CommPartners service or product in order for referring association to receive $25 credit to their account, and member to receive 10% off their first invoice.
3. Credits for new member customers accrue quarterly, and must be applied to invoices within the following quarter. For example, if three new members sign up in Q1, you have accrued $75 in credit to be applied to your Q2 invoices. You must use or lose the credits per quarter they are applicable. No carry-over to subsequent billing periods.
4. Organizations/Companies may not participate in both the MemberPlus Referral Program and the MemberPlus Affinity Program or have an existing Technology Solutions Program Agreement. However, existing TSP and Affinity agreements may be replaced by the MemberPlus Referral Program.
