There are two views, the Presider or Moderator's view and the board member or Participant's view.

Each remote Participant has the ability to engage with the meeting and view documents, have discussions and debates, vote, second and any other option available via a drop-down menu of standard interactions.

The Moderator controls the meeting via options and a pre-determined order of business provided by the software, so that he/she always knows which motion or issue to attend to, in the proper order.

Private comments can be passed from participant to participant, and voting and discussions can be done via the software or the phone, depending on requirements.

An administration panel accessible by the Moderator allows control of voting rights, among other things, and displays all registered Participants by name.
