Content Management & Design
We’re your creative resource. CommPartners will review presentation wording
and materials and make suggestions for editing content to fit the Web medium. We can also provide design services to make your slides, Web pages—whatever you need—look
crisp and professional.
Registration & Planning
Leave the details to us! We’ll create a dedicated promotional
Web site, with secure online shopping-cart-style event registration and payment
options. Rest assured, we’ll manage Webinar registrant confirmations, and send
participants reminders, support materials and login instructions, all before
your event begins.
Marketing Your Event
You also have the option to have our designers create html email templates with your branding. Use these templates to send e-invitations, post-event surveys, etc. via our e-marketing tool, MagnetMail, or send using any other broadcast email application.
Event Logistics
The day of your event, CommPartners’ planners will coach your presenters,
perform system checks and ensure all technical aspects are ready to go (Web,
audio, video, PowerPoint, etc.). We’ll oversee the entire Web event, including event moderation and technical support services.
Post-event
- Content libraries - CommPartners will record and archive the event via CD boxed set and/or streaming
(online) on-demand viewing.
Post-event materials are a great value-added

- Surveys - we’ll send and track participant surveys and provide
you with detailed reporting. What did they like
