CommPartners has an immediate need for an LMS Implementation Project Manager to join our Elevate team. This role directs a team of CommPartners staff to build LMS sites for new Elevate clients. This person works closely with clients to understand their site goals, priorities, and technical needs, and serves as the client’s trainer and main point of contact for all matters during the installation process. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with excellent people skills looking to join our fun and growing team.

Job Description:
The Partner Manager is responsible for driving company-wide revenue growth and deepening engagement with the association community and other sectors that we develop by identifying, vetting, and managing relationships. Partners may include the following:
- Integrated Software Application Companies,
- Complementary Education Software Providers
- Education Consultants
- Virtual Conference, Livestream and Hybrid Events Professionals
- AV Companies
- Association Affinity or Strategic Groups
- Association Management Companies
- Technology Groups
Job Responsibilities
- Engage current strategic partners moving them to higher levels of commitment to CP using a scale model
- Being aware of competition and making sure we are well positioned
- Create close working relationships with current partners
- Assess and provide what a partner needs from us to ensure success with projects.
- Bridge the gap between our development and our partners.
- Attend partner events (in person or virtual)
- Work with marketing to determine what we need at partner events.
- Collaborate with marketing on marketing materials such as case studies with a partner.
- Train partners on our services
- Champion the partner’s interests.
