Recording Hosting

To record your EventPartner Web conferences for on-demand playback online, you will need to add a recording hosting plan.

Choose a plan based upon blocks of time you anticipate members / clients will opt to view your presentations (e.g., if you record a one-hour Web seminar and you invite 50 people to view it, you should opt for the 50 Hours plan)
As people view your recorded Web conferences, your pre-paid account is debited in one-minute increments - a monthly statement will indicate how much pre-paid time you have left (unused viewing hours may not be rolled over to the next month)
If you want to add more playback time at a later date, call 800.274.9390 to purchase additional on-demand viewing hours
